GAMBLIMITS RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMING POLICY
Date of last Update: 22 August 2025
At Gamblimits, we are dedicated to promoting responsible gaming and upholding the highest standards of social responsibility. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we believe it is our duty to ensure that your experience on our platform remains positive, balanced, and within your control.
We recognize that online gaming can carry potential risks if not approached responsibly. That's why we actively support safe and mindful play, offering a range of tools and measures designed to help you manage your activity and stay in control. Our goal is to provide you with an entertaining environment while ensuring that your gaming remains safe, sustainable, and enjoyable at all times.
PLAYER PROTECTION POLICY
1. PROTECTION OF MINORS
With the internet readily accessible on mobile devices and in homes worldwide, responsible gaming depends greatly on parental supervision and control. To help protect children online, we encourage our customers to use filtering and monitoring software to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate or harmful content.
2. TIPS FOR PARENTS
- Keep your username and password safe.
- Do not leave your computer or device unattended when logged in to your account.
- Do not use the "Remember Me" feature on a shared computer or device, especially if you share your computer or device with children.
- Take particular care regarding the use by minors of all electronic and mobile devices.
- Keep your bank cards and bank account details out of reach of children.
- Do not allow minors (under 18 years) to participate in any gaming activity meant for adults (+18 years).
- Make use of filtering software to prevent your children from accessing inappropriate material online.
- If you share your device or computer with friends or family who are under the legal age to participate in online social gaming, we recommend that you restrict their access to social gaming platforms. There are third-party services available that may be able to assist with this, such as Qustodio, Bark, Kaspersky Safe Kids and Google Family Link.
3. TIPS FOR PLAYERS
- Make sure that the decision to play Gamblimits is your own personal choice.
- Determine how much you will spend before playing.
- Before you start playing, familiarize yourself with the rules of the games.
We suggest that you don't play on our platform if:
- It interferes with your daily responsibilities;
- You are being treated or are in recovery for any type of dependency;
- You are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance;
- Your primary purpose is to pay debts using prizes you might win.
4. KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR PLAY
Playing online games should be a fun and enjoyable pastime. To help you stay in control of your gaming, consider the following tips:
Keep it fun
Online social games are meant to entertain, not to replace reality or serve as a source of income. Play in moderation and focus on enjoying the experience.
Set a budget
Decide how much you're willing to spend on entertainment and stick to it. Only purchase Gam Coins if it fits within your budget. You can also take advantage of free play through Gamblimits' alternative entry methods.
Monitor your time
We're thrilled to have you on our platform, but don't let gaming take over your day. Treat it like other hobbies - whether going to the movies or bowling—use it as a source of fun when you need a break.
Use our gaming management tools
If you need a pause, you can take a temporary break or permanently exclude yourself from playing at any time by following the steps outlined in this policy.
Reflect on your gaming habits
If you're concerned about the frequency of your play, consider using our self-assessment questions to evaluate whether you might need to adjust your gaming habits.
5. STAYING IN CONTROL
We encourage our customers to play responsibly, so we offer a variety of responsible gaming features. You can manage your spending on Gam Coins by setting daily, weekly, or monthly purchase limits. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with this process, including:
- Setting a daily purchase limit
- Setting a weekly purchase limit
- Setting a monthly purchase limit
To establish a limit, contact Customer Support via email at [email protected]. Once a request is submitted, we will make every effort to apply your limits as quickly as possible. Please note that implementing limits requires a reasonable processing period, and the limits will only take effect once fully applied and confirmed in writing. If you notice that your limits have not been activated, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
You can also modify or remove any limits you have set at any time by contacting Customer Support via email or through the 24/7 Customer Help contact form.
Take a Break & Account Closure Options
You may request to exclude yourself from the Gamblimits platform by choosing one of the following options:
Take a Break
You can choose to temporarily lock access to your account for a set period, helping you manage your gaming responsibly. Available break periods are 24 hours or 7 days. Once a break is initiated, it cannot be canceled until the chosen period expires. After the break period ends, your account access will automatically resume unless you notify us by email not to reopen it on the scheduled date.
To request a break, contact Customer Support via [email protected] or use the contact form in our 24/7 Customer Help section. Once your request is submitted, we will make every effort to apply the break as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take a reasonable processing period before the break is fully implemented. Your break will only take effect once confirmed in writing. If you notice that your break has not been applied, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately.
Self-Exclusion Options
How Does Self-Exclusion Work?
Self-exclusion allows you to request a longer and more comprehensive restriction of your access to the services at Gamblimits.com. Once implemented, self-exclusion cannot be canceled or modified until the selected period has fully elapsed. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months, but longer durations can be requested based on your preference.
By opting for self-exclusion, you are making a formal written request to limit your access to all Gamblimits services. We will make every reasonable effort to restrict access to your account. A comprehensive block will be applied to ensure that, as far as possible, all access is prevented during the self-exclusion period. However, please note that while we strive to implement self-exclusion promptly and correctly, we cannot guarantee it to be 100% fail-safe.
Your commitment is essential for self-exclusion to be effective. It is important not to attempt to bypass the restriction by creating new accounts, using alternative identities, or other methods to circumvent the block. During self-exclusion, no daily logins, star rewards, or other points will be earned, saved, credited, or retained.
What Happens to Virtual Coins During Timeout, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion?
Your account will remain inactive during any Timeout, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion period you request. If your account is later reactivated, any virtual coin balances will be restored to the same amount held immediately before the restriction was applied. No refunds or transfers of virtual coin balances are allowed during these periods. Any pending redemptions on your account will not be processed if a Timeout, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion is in effect.
What Happens to My Account Information During These Periods?
Gamblimits will retain all necessary account data in line with our Privacy Policy. We will make every reasonable effort not to send marketing communications via email during Timeout, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion periods. However, we cannot completely guarantee that such communications will not be sent in error.
If you do receive any marketing messages by mistake, please contact us at [email protected], and we will resolve it promptly. If you require access to your account information, gaming history, or transaction history during a Timeout, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion period, please reach out to [email protected], as the online support system will not be available during this time.
Making your Self-Exclusion Request
To request self-exclusion, please contact Customer Support via email at [email protected], or use the contact form in our 24/7 Customer Help section. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Once your request is submitted, we will make every effort to apply your restriction as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take a reasonable processing period before the self-exclusion is fully implemented. Your self-exclusion will only take effect once it has been confirmed in writing. If you notice that the self-exclusion has not been applied, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
Deactivating your Gamblimits Account
If you wish to close your account and restrict access to our services without a set time frame, you can request to deactivate your account. This option preserves your account data and history, allowing you to return whenever you choose. You can reactivate your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or by using the contact form in our 24/7 Customer Help section.
Tips for Self-Exclusion at Gamblimits
- We strongly recommend that, in addition to self-excluding on Gamblimits, you also consider exclusion from any other gaming platforms where you hold active accounts.
- If you use social media, take steps to avoid receiving news or updates from Gamblimits during your self-exclusion period.
- Once self-exclusion (or any type of account closure) is applied, you will no longer receive marketing emails from us. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the system to update, so you may still receive occasional marketing messages during this time - simply ignore them.
Exclusion for Unregistered Players
Even if you do not have a Gamblimits account, you can voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform. To do this, send an email to [email protected] including your full name, residential address, email address, and age. This allows us to prevent you from registering or playing on Gamblimits in the future. Self-exclusion will only be lifted if you provide a written email requesting that your previous exclusion request be ignored.
Gamblimits may also, at its sole discretion, exclude you permanently or for a limited period if there are indications of a potential online gaming problem.
Activity Statement
You can review information about your gaming in the Gaming History section of the platform. For data beyond what is displayed online, or for details about your Transaction History, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support.
6. SELF-ASSESSMENT
If you are concerned that your gaming (or someone else's) may be becoming problematic, it can be helpful to reflect on the following questions:
- Do you often relive past gaming experiences or think about future ones?
- Do you hide or lie about your gaming habits?
- Do you get angry when someone interrupts a game?
- Have you ever taken a break from gaming and then binged uncontrollably upon returning?
- When upset, do you soothe yourself by gaming or planning to game?
- Do you find yourself gaming in the early morning?
- Do you find ways to game when away from home?
- Do you set limits on gaming and then exceed them, playing far longer than intended?
- Do you lose hours of sleep because of gaming?
- Have you called in sick, arrived late to work, or skipped classes to play games?
- Have you sworn off a game, uninstalled it, and later returned to it?
- Do you feel guilt or shame about your gaming?
- Has gaming contributed to arguments in your relationships?
- Has gaming replaced hobbies, sports, or other activities you used to enjoy?
- Do you forget appointments, responsibilities, or deadlines because of gaming?
- Do you become irritated or defensive when others suggest you might be gaming too much?
- Have the hours you spend gaming increased over time?
- Do you skip social events to play games?
- Have you lost contact with friends or family due to gaming?
- Do you experience intense emotional highs, lows, anger, or fear while gaming?
If you answer "yes" to several of these questions, it may be a sign that gaming is becoming problematic, and seeking help or setting stricter limits could be beneficial.
